Autofitters was created in 1998 by Jan Serfontein, an entrepreneurial visionary who loved his family, loved and understood people and had a real passion for abrasives (professionally supplied through our sister company, Derekh) and anything with an engine. At the very core of Jan’s being, existed five critical success pillars, these his faith, his family, nurturing mutually beneficial and responsible business relationships, service excellence and quality. Jan built a wonderfully successful business which, as it evolved, helped more and more people into productive jobs in the Automotive Industry. Though this giant of a man is no longer with us, his people-centric legacy is kept very much alive through the current executive team who are innovatively expanding on his original vision and mission. That is why Autofitters, which has specialist knowledge of the automotive industry, continues to lead the field when it comes to fitting the right people, processes, and scalable HR solutions into your business.

This includes the Ford Silverton assembly operations in South Africa (FMCSA) where Autofitters, a strategic service supplier, has a permanent operational base. Autofitters understands and plays a critically important role in vehicle bedliner process.
